Our product offering includes carpet, hardwood, laminate, and resilient. Abraham Linc sells to floor covering dealers.

Outside Sales Representative
We are currently seeking an experienced territory manager to service the Western PA Pittsburgh market. This position will maintain and expand our customer base of flooring dealers, as well as potentially interface with architects, designers, and all other decision makers in the sales and installation process. The territory manager will develop pull-through opportunities which will include retail, commercial, builder, and multi-family housing segments. Ultimately, this key role will drive sales volume and strive to grow current accounts, while developing new clientele and sales channel opportunities throughout assigned sales territories. At all times, our territory managers identify, cultivate, and leverage our client relationships through providing the highest level of customer service support and collaborative selling strategies.

· Be flexible, highly organized and have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals
· Effectively prospect for new accounts, set up and maintain displays, and introduce our quality products to the marketplace
· Be driven to meet sales goals and enjoy the upside of variable compensation programs that rewards success
· Instinctively address all customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively


· Successful track record in the flooring sales environment

  Successful track record in an outside sales environment
· Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and aligning them to product offerings
· Computer proficient including Microsoft Productivity Suite programs
· Ability to work independently (self-motivated, ambitious, and quick-learner)
· Live within or near the territory managed (Pittsburgh area)
· Ability to transport and lift samples and displays
