Title: Customer Care Associate/ Inside Sales Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Candidates with previous experience in sales and marketing, as well as a college degree in Business, Marketing, and communications will be given priority.  This position comes with the opportunity of advancement within the organization.

Applicants must have strong customer service and computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet and web-based applications is required), the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment, a willingness to work independently or as part of a team, and strong analytic and logical thinking skills.  Attendance and punctuality are absolutely critical for this position.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for fielding phone calls and placing orders for our growing customer base.  Applicants must carry themselves in a professional manner and assist walk-in customers at the pick-up desk.  Other responsibilities are as follows:

•         Order entry of all orders received via phone, email or fax
•         Assist customers with technical information, crossovers, stock status and shipment schedules
•         Answer all incoming telephone calls with a courteous and professional attitude
•         Build and maintain customer relationships
•         Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the company's product
•         Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
•         Mail invoices, statements, sales flyers, price sheets, etc.
•         File and maintain customer folders and invoices
•         Assist with inside sales promotions and marketing efforts
