Description
Job Purpose:
Primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of the all properties of Darren F. Abraham. Properties include Abraham Linc Corp., Abraham Holdings, private residences, Abraham farm, and any future acquired properties. Secondary responsibilities include Abraham Linc warehouse functions from time to time and and during winter months.
Duties:
* Operates farm equipment including tractors, mowers, tedder, hay rake, and baler
* Operate other equipment and Ventrac equipment.
* Must safely operate chainsaws, weed eaters, and other equipment
* Must operate pesticide sprayers and other lawn and pest control substances
* Maintains safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
* Monitors and repairs all equipment used for the maintenance of properties.
* Inspects building, grounds, and equipment.
* Upkeep of grounds such as mowing, brush removal, etc.
*Perform activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks, walls and stairs using hand-operated tools or small power equipment.
*Safely operate all job-related equipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
1-3 Years experience, Basic knowledge of general construction, Knowledge of proper equipment selection to perform the job assigned, Ability to use physical strength, manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination with stamina without becoming winded, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control.
